Scope of Services. Through this Site, Precision Auto Styling markets and arranges Interior Car Detailing, Exterior Car Detailing, Car Window Tinting, Ceramic Coating. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Precision Auto Styling or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Precision Auto Styling may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Precision Auto Styling does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Auto Styling's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Precision Auto Styling in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Auto Styling from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
